Mr. Weber was appointed a director of ACL in January 2005. From January 1991 until his retirement in May 1999, Mr. Weber served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Jacor Communications, Inc., a radio broadcast company. Mr. Weber is also a retired Certified Public Accountant.
