Ryan was named President and CEO of ACL on March 1, 2008. He joined the company in November 2005 as Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing. Mr. Ryan has more than 24 years of combined experience in logistics sales, marketing and customer service. He spent approximately 20 years in sales and marketing positions of increasing responsibility while at Canadian National Railway Company and CSX Corporation, Inc. and was most recently Senior Vice President and General Manager of McCollister's Transportation Systems. Pilholski was named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ACL in March, 2008. Before joining ACL, Mr. Pilholski was CEO of S3I, LLC, a late stage development company for sensor technology. He has more than 20 years experience in senior level financial assignments having served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Eagle Picher Incorporated, a diversified manufacturer of advanced technology and industrial products; Chief Financial Officer for Honeywell Consumer Products Group; and Vice President Finance of the Zimmer Orthopedic Implant Division of Zimmer, Inc., a subsidiary of Bristol-Myers Squibb Co.</p> Dawn R. Prior to joining the company, she was Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Formula Telecom Solutions, Inc., a provider of operating, customer management, billing systems and solutions for telecommunications service and content providers. She was formerly an attorney with Morris, Manning &amp; Martin, LLP, a commercial law firm representing clients throughout the U.S., and was also an attorney with Blackwell Sanders Peper Martin, LLP, a commercial law firm in the Midwest. Spriggle was named Senior Vice President of Human Resources on November 3, 2008. Prior to joining the company, he spent 13 years with Dana Corporation, an auto supplier with 35,000 employees in 29 countries, as Vice President Administration, Global Y2K Project Manager, Vice President of Operations for North America, and most recently as Vice President Human Resources. He has also held positions as Vice President of Operations, Managing Director for Ingersoll Rand; Director of Worldwide Strategic Planning, Materials Manager, Service Parts Director, Manufacturing Controller, and Controller for Clark Equipment Company; and Senior Financial Analyst for Westinghouse Electric Corporation. Martin was named Vice President and General Manager of Manufacturing for ACL in January 2010.&nbsp; Since May 2009, Mr. Martin had served as Jeffboat's Vice President of Operations.&nbsp;&nbsp;Prior to&nbsp;joing ACL,&nbsp;Mr. Martin served as Operations Manager for the John Deere Harvester Works, and in the preceding seven years&nbsp;he&nbsp;held&nbsp;a variety of senior positions in operations and management at Ingersoll-Rand Corporation. Mr. Martin earned a BA degree from Ohio University and an&nbsp;MBA degree from the University of&nbsp;Detoit Mercy.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> Bradley S. Hall is a Vice President &amp; General Manager for American Commercial Lines. He is responsible for all commercial activities for ACL's Dry Cargo lines of business.</p> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt" class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt" class="MsoNormal">Prior to joining ACL in 2007 he served as Director of Sales, Manufactured Products for CSX Transportation in Jacksonville, Florida.<span>&nbsp;&nbsp; Before his tenure at CSX, he also enjoyed an extensive career in a series of commercial roles with Conrail in Chicago and Philadelphia.&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></p> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>He received Bachelor of Science Degrees in History and Political Science from Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in Lake Forest, Illinois.&nbsp;He and his wife Laura are the parents of two children and reside in Smithfield, Kentucky.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt" class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;<o:p></o:p></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> William A. Braman, II was named Vice President and General Manager,&nbsp;Transportation Services for&nbsp;ACL on February 2, 2009.&nbsp;Prior to joining the company, he was most recently the Division Manager for the northeastern&nbsp;U.S. for CSX Transportation. &nbsp;In that position, he had oversight of 2,000 employees with responsibility for customer service and operational productivity. He started his career with CSX on the ground in 1971 as a switchman in Saginaw, Michigan. From trainmaster to assistant vice president in the automotive sector, to division manager for the northeastern U.S., Bill has developed teams and programs of transportation excellence in his 38 years with CSX.</p>
