Richard W. Spriggle was named Senior Vice President of Human Resources on November 3, 2008. Prior to joining the company, he spent 13 years with Dana Corporation, an auto supplier with 35,000 employees in 29 countries, as Vice President Administration, Global Y2K Project Manager, Vice President of Operations for North America, and most recently as Vice President Human Resources. He has also held positions as Vice President of Operations, Managing Director for Ingersoll Rand; Director of Worldwide Strategic Planning, Materials Manager, Service Parts Director, Manufacturing Controller, and Controller for Clark Equipment Company; and Senior Financial Analyst for Westinghouse Electric Corporation.
