Placing an Order
Ordering with a Contract
If you are placing an order with a contract, contact your designated Customer Account Manager with the following information:
- Contract number
- Number of barges requested
- Loading and unloading locations, inlcuding the river code, city, and dock name
- Dates that you need barges (ACL requires a 14-day notice for barge delivery. If this is not possible, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.)
- Commodity details, including material safety data sheet upong request and specific cleaning instruction for the barge based on the cargo
Ordering without a Contract
If you are placing an order without a contract, click on the Customer Login button on the homepage to visit ACL Connect. Click on Barge Info. on the top navigation bar and select Rate Quotes in the drop-down box. We guarantee a 24-hour turnaround on all requests for rate quotes.
